GP - Email consultations
You can email the surgery and ask our doctors a question.
We will respond to your query within three working days.
If you have a less serious problem – but something that needs to resolved sooner then call the surgery or book an appointment using the Systmonline Service.
The email consultation service is not an urgent service so you should not write with something that requires prompt or immediate action. If you have a serious problem such as chest pain, contact 111 or visit the accident and emergency department at your local hospital.
Your question should generally not be directed to a particular GP as the doctors will take turns in replying to queries.
The e-mail consultations service is not managed at the weekends or Bank Holidays
